The Soundscape Planning Process
Before every wedding, couples go through a detailed online planning form — multi sections covering every part of the day from the pre-ceremony music as guests arrive to the genre blocks that drive the dance floor.
It asks things most DJs never think to ask. The songs that remind you of when you first met. The background music during your vows. The exact mood you want during cocktail hour — and which decades and genres your crowd actually responds to.
After the form, there’s a planning call to go through everything together, fill in any gaps, and make sure nothing gets missed.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner are mapped out in detail before your wedding day. And when the dance floor opens up, the planning gives way to reading the room — adjusting genres, tempo, and energy in real time based on what’s actually working that night.

Away from the decks, Bobby is married to his pillar of support Amarjit, and has two amazing children, Jevin and Jasleen, and an English Lab named Kylo. Traveling across Europe, India, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean keeps life full outside of wedding season.
A portion of every wedding goes to children’s healthcare in Northern California, a commitment that started from a personal family experience in 2018 and has been part of every event since.

Bobby was amazing from our first phone conversation leading up to the wedding and bringing it all together on the day of. He was super easy to work with and was a HUGE help with my timeline. On the day of, there were some last minute changes to the timeline in order to get sunset photos, and he had no problem rolling with the punches and assisting with the needed changes. My day-of coordinator said that he was very easy to work with as well, and they were in constant communication so I didn’t have to be. My biggest fear was that no one would be on the dance floor at our wedding, because that’s one of my favorite things to do at weddings, but have no fear, Bobby had most of the crowd dancing and singing along to an array of songs. Thanks for all of your hard work!

The DYNAMIK Experience covers DJ and MC service for up to 5 hours of continuous coverage, from 30 minutes before the ceremony through the last song of the night.
This package is designed for a single setup in one location at your venue. Couples needing separate ceremony and reception spaces or multiple coverage areas can find those options on the pricing page.
This is not a starter package. It includes everything needed to run your wedding day from start to finish: the Soundscape planning form, a planning call, ceremony music, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception.

Where We Work
DYNAMIK Wedding DJs is based in Sacramento and works weddings across Northern California. Every region has its own venues, its own crowd energy, and its own set of logistics. Twenty years of working these areas means showing up already knowing what each one requires.
Sacramento & Surrounding Areas
Home base. Weddings across downtown Sacramento, Elk Grove, Folsom, Roseville, and Granite Bay — ballrooms, outdoor estates, vineyards, and private properties. Sacramento venues range widely in size and layout, which means sound setup and coordination requirements change from wedding to wedding.
Napa Valley & Wine Country
Winery weddings have their own pace. The setting does a lot of the work — the music needs to complement it without overpowering it. Most Napa Valley venues also have sound restrictions that require specific equipment placement and volume management. Experience with these venues means none of that becomes your problem on the day.
Sonoma & North Bay
Estate and winery celebrations where the details matter. Guests at these weddings tend to notice when something feels off — and notice when everything feels right. The focus here is clean sound, good pacing, and music that fits the setting.
Northern California & Destination Weddings
For larger estates, multi-space venues, or complex timelines, additional planning and coordination is built into the process. The same standard applies regardless of location or scale.
